Job Description

Assembly Technician - Hydraulic Cylinders Local Manufacturer | Day Shift | Full-Time We're a locally owned manufacturing company with a small, supportive team, and we're looking for a reliable Assembly Technician to help build hydraulic cylinders. If you enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable using tools, and take pride in doing things right the first time, you'll fit in well here. This role is a great match for someone with manufacturing experience who values steady work, good attendance, and flexibility in their day-to-day tasks. Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)

Monday-Friday What You'll Do Assemble hydraulic cylinders and related components Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and accurately Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and proper fit Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and make adjustments as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with other shop tasks as needed — flexibility is important in our small team What We're Looking For Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attendance and reliability — this is a must Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new tasks and help where needed Safety-minded with a positive, can-do attitude Why You'll Like Working Here Small workforce with a family-friendly, respectful culture Local company with consistent hours and long-term stability Variety in daily tasks — no two days are exactly the same Benefits 401(k) with company match Health insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Employee referral program
