Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Kitters to join our team. In this role, you will assemble customer kits, package printed materials, prepare orders for shipment, and support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth warehouse distribution processes and supporting overall inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, familiarity with various material handling equipment, and a commitment to safety protocols. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic logistics environment while developing valuable skills in warehouse operations. Responsibilities Assemble printed materials and customer-provided items into completed kits Prepare boxes, gather materials, and organize workstations Pick, sort, collate, and package materials according to work instructions Assemble finished products into shipping containers based on customer requirements Count, organize, and maintain inventory Prepare sample shipments as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Train team members on established processes when required Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in production, packaging, assembly, warehouse, fulfillment, or kitting preferred Ability to follow written instructions and job specifications Basic math and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work overtime when needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting Ability to use ladders safely when retrieving materials Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds regularly Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $15.65 - $20.20 per hour Multiple Shift Available Overtime opportunities available Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Life and disability insurance Additional voluntary benefits available
