Assembler Job Summary:

Assist in the assembly of products according to work instructions, assembly drawings, and technical documentation. Ensure all components are properly connected, fitted, and assembled to meet quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following established procedures and safety regulations. Access, review, and finalize Work Orders using basic computer systems. Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy before completion. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Support continuous workflow by assisting colleagues and other departments as needed. Follow all company safety policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Required Skills:

Proficient in interpreting assembly instructions and technical documents. Strong attention to detail to ensure quality connections and fittings. Ability to maintain a safe and clean workspace while following established procedures and regulations. Basic computer skills for accessing and completing Work Orders. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist coworkers and contribute to overall production success.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and assembly equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience operating industrial equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices. Previous experience in a production or assembly-related role.

Additional Responsibilities:

Wear required PPE and adhere to all plant safety requirements. Perform additional duties and related tasks as assigned by management. Participate in training programs and team initiatives designed to improve quality, safety, and productivity. Support company goals by maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
