1st Shift Fiberglass Gel Coater (Monday- Friday 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM) •Experience, preferred & pay based on experience! Overtime as necessary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a safe work environment Wear required Personal Protective Equipment, including respirator Lead by continuous example and continually act as a team player Follow Work Order Instructions to ensure pigment and coating is done correctly Waxing and taping mold prior to painting Inspecting and ensuring all debris is wiped or cleared from the part prior to painting Ensuring mixing barrel (MVP Machine) is prepped prior to painting Communicate with coworkers for any issues regarding quality
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Ability to operate pneumatic tools Ability to inspect parts and differentiate between pigments Ability to maintain excellent safety and attendance records Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, supervisor, and plant supervisor in a courteous manner Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including overtime Ability to read and understand Work Order Forms Ability to move throughout the department, move and position parts onto the shop table or press.
