Job Description Assembler - 2nd

Shift Lexington, KY Pay:

$15.00/hour

Position Type:

Temp-to-Hire Schedule Information Monday-Friday 2:30 PM-12:00 AM Assembler Requirements Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Familiarity with welding or stamping processes is a plus Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety Key Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to specifications. Work safely in a welding and stamping production environment. Operate basic machinery and hand tools accurately and efficiently. Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow established safety procedures and production instructions. Keep the assigned work area clean and organized. Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and request assistance from supervisors when needed. Perform other production duties as assigned.
