Job Description

Position Summary The Robot Final Assembly Test Technician supports final testing and calibration of industrial robots prior to shipment. This position is responsible for loading and unloading robots into the test area, operating established test procedures, performing robot calibration, and verifying proper operation. Key Responsibilities Load and unload industrial robots in the system test area. Set up robots for testing and calibration. Run established functional and performance tests on robotic systems. Perform robot calibration, including ABS/Client calibration procedures. Identify and document faults, errors, or performance issues discovered during testing. Make basic adjustments as required and retest equipment. Follow established test procedures, specifications, and work instructions. Use basic hand tools and testing equipment as required. Maintain accurate test and calibration records. Follow all safety procedures when moving, setting up, and operating robotic equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in robotics, automation, electrical/mechanical assembly, testing, or a related manufacturing environment preferred. Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude. Comfortable operating industrial equipment and working with computerized test systems. Ability to follow detailed testing and calibration procedures. Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.

$20.00 per hour
