We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Caledonia, Michigan for both first and third shift , working a four-day schedule . This role involves assembly of components and subassemblies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of interpreting technical drawings and production documents. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment. Duties Assemble components using hand tools, or working with your hands assembly light products. Follow production instructions to ensure consistency and quality. Handle materials manually with proper ergonomic techniques to maintain safety and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve workflow processes. Performing light assembly work in a clean and temperature controlled work environment.

First Shift Hours:

6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday $16.50 per hour

Second Shift Hours:

8:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday $17.00 per hour Overtime as needed #

INDNP Pay:

$16.50 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
