Operator Job Description We are seeking dedicated operators to join our Cell Assembly Department. This position offers flexibility with day and night shift options, including 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Operators will work in a clean room environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate standard machinery within the clean room environment. Perform packaging and movement of parts and boxes around the plant. Follow established procedures to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace. Essential Skills Minimum of 9 months tenure at each previous job. At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. Ability to adapt and comply with personal protective equipment and clean room environment requirements. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable working in a large facility with significant walking. Understanding of 5S3K practices. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is within a large, meticulously clean, and temperature-controlled facility. Operators will spend time walking between buildings and around the plant, requiring the use of specific garb and beard nets when applicable. The facility promotes a culture of cleanliness and organization through the implementation of 5S3K practices. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
