Trailer Assemblers are responsible for installing prefabricated wire harnesses into our high-quality trailers based off the specifications of each trailer. A Trailer Assembler uses industrial tools and equipment as well as hand tools that are appropriate for the job.

Responsibilities:

Ensures all equipment is in good repair, properly set up, and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use, including mandatory PPE.

Read and work from sales orders and blueprints to determine product specifications.

Install lights and decals onto trailers per standards and torque wheels to specifications.

Effectively troubleshoot issues that arise on shop floor and confers with supervisors and production personnel to resolve issues, keeping projects moving.

Ability to learn to read electrical schematics and blueprints. Qualifications Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs without assistance and in a variety of motions.

Ability to safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools, and machinery.

Ability to communicate and work effectively with a partner or in a small group.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English.

Able to use linear and other measuring devices.
