Shift Details:
Monday through Friday, 8-hour schedules (5:00 AM-1:00 PM or 7:00 AM-3:00 PM)
Pay Rate:

Core Responsibilities Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to accurately identify component placement and welding requirements. Execute assembly tasks using both manual techniques and specialized tools, such as brazing and flashing. Utilize a variety of power and hand-operated equipment, including saws, drills, and measuring devices. Support masonry operations and assist with the handling of castable materials. Operate industrial forklift equipment following our provided training program. Maintain a tidy, orderly, and secure workspace to ensure a safe environment for all staff. Propose innovative solutions to enhance our internal processes, safety standards, and overall productivity. Provide flexible support to your supervisor by assisting with various tasks as needed. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or GED is preferred. Demonstrate a natural mechanical aptitude and a comfort level with manual, tool-based work. Possess or be willing to develop proficiency with precision measuring instruments like tape measures, steel rules, and calipers. Maintain a functional grasp of basic mathematical concepts. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Previous background in industrial settings is advantageous, though not mandatory for these positions. Physical Demands This position requires consistent physical activity. Candidates must be capable of the following: Remain on your feet for long durations while engaging in continuous physical labor. Regularly lift, pull, and push items weighing at least 50 lbs. Perform movements such as bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing as the job dictates.
