Assembly Technician
Job Description
- Job Title: Assembler
- We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Assembler who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic manufacturing environment.
In this role, you assemble and package server racks and cable systems using hand tools and production equipment, ensuring all components meet quality and specification standards. You work closely with a collaborative team, follow verbal and written instructions, and contribute to a high-growth technology operation focused on data center solutions.
- Responsibilities
- + Open and unpack chassis and components to be used for server assembly.
+ Integrate computer parts into a chassis on a progressive assembly line.
+ Use small hand tools to install screws and parts into a chassis, and install or replace brackets and labels as required.
+ Assemble handles, affix switches, and apply labels to server racks and related components.
+ Package finished racks in accordance with production and quality guidelines.
+ Identify and label cables according to rack specifications using a cable labeling machine.
+ Assist with recycling and proper disposal of materials as needed.
+ Follow verbal and written directions to complete assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently.
+ Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow.
+ Perform any other related tasks as assigned within the manufacturing and assembly process
- Work Environment
- This role is based in a dynamic manufacturing facility located near the Las Vegas Speedway.
The operation runs Monday through Friday with confirmed baseline shifts of 7:00 AM-3:30 PM for day shift and 3:30 PM-12:00 AM for swing shift, with potential for minor staggered start times. Initial onboarding and training for new hires will take place on day shift, with training hours to be finalized, and the first 60 days of production will support both day and swing shifts. The environment is casual, with everyday casual dress, and fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation in a high-growth technology setting. The facility may require new hires to park at a nearby building lot, with a shuttle service provided to and from the worksite. Work involves standing for extended periods, working on ladders when needed, handling and lifting up to 50 pounds, and using hand tools and cable labeling equipment on the production floor.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $22.
00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
