Overview Looking for a self motivated mechanic/fabricater. We are a small family based business with 20 employees. You will be working with one other person in the shop, so teamwork and communication skills are needed. Job requires maintaining and optimizing our heavy construction equipment, farm machines, welding, and some fabricating. Sometimes will be needed to travel to job site to service or fix down machines. Having a CDL is not required but highly encouraged. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on construction equipment and farm machines. Operate welding equipment including stick welding to repair or fabricate parts, ensuring adherence to safety protocols Support field service activities by performing equipment repairs on-site at various locations Experience Proven experience working on equipment with a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective collaboration with team members. Pay:

$30.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
