Employees may be assigned to different projects based on business needs and will be expected to maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform visual inspections of materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Assemble products or components according to project specifications and instructions. Sort and separate materials as directed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. Meet established production rates once properly trained and proficient in the assigned tasks. Maintain consistent attention to detail and product quality throughout the workday. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Employees may be required to stand or sit for extended periods, depending on the project and assigned duties. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Ability to remain focused and productive throughout the workday. Employees must be able to adapt to different projects and work assignments as business needs change.
