Overview:
We are seeking motivated Production Assemblers & Technicians to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assembling and testing precision electronic and mechanical components. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet strict specifications and safety standards. Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Assemblers:
Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience assembling and testing custom assemblies and cables Experience with producing cables including crimping ferrules onto wires and hand soldering solder cups Experience assembling and testing electromechanical assemblies Experience hand soldering components onto PCBAs Understanding of ESD-safe handling practices Familiarity with IPC610 workmanship standards Ability to read mechanical prints 3+ years of relevant experience or high school diploma / GED with a 5+ years of relevant experience
Technicians:
Experience listed above plus: Experience with electrical test equipment (e.g. oscilloscope, DMM, power supply, etc.) Knowledge of typical digital and analog components used in PCBAs Experience reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting Associates degree or technical certificate with 3+ years of relevant experience
Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
