Job Description

THIS IS A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our production process, responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately while adhering to safety standards. Your energy and precision will contribute directly to delivering high-quality goods to our customers. Duties Assemble components and products on the production line using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the facility Measure parts and finished products using measuring instruments to maintain quality standards Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, in accordance with safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety standards in production environments Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Requirements Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly processes Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical assembly Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents accurately Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is preferred Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and heavy lifting techniques Mechanical knowledge and experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing are advantageous Strong manual handling skills combined with the ability to manage production or assembly teams when needed Join us if you're eager to contribute your technical proficiency, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and help us deliver top-quality products through efficient assembly processes!
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
