In this role, you will assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools and follow work instructions to meet quality and production standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, requiring teamwork, precision, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

Perform required set-up activities before assembly Assemble fabricated and purchased parts into subassemblies and final products Operate air tools and basic hand tools for assembly operations Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety procedures Follow supervisor instructions and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, both written and verbal Basic math skills, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Ability to read a basic tape measure and interpret simple blueprints Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
