Manufacturing Full Job Description Hours:

7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Small Manufacturer of Metal Conveyor Belts.

$2,000 Signing Bonus Payable after 1 year of employment (2040 hours). Must have some welding experience. We do Tig, Mig and Gas. Mechanical Aptitude a plus, also any Auto Body Repair experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Finishing our wire mesh into conveyor belts. Trim uneven edges of mesh. Must have good hand dexterity and strength to trim and cut mesh. Tack Welding of spiral to connecting rod to create a finished smooth mesh edge. Tack Welding additional components to the conveyor belt, chain, rods, plate edges, bars, fixtures to conveyor belt by welding, bolting, and various other methods. Must be able to lift 50 lbs This job is 70% prep work and assembly and 30% welding to finish.

SKILLS:

Fabrication and Welding Experience. Welding mostly tig but some oxy gas. Strong hand strength. Edges of wire mesh need to be trimmed (sizes from small wire .025" up to .325" diameter). Excellent hand-eye coordination
