As an Assembler, you'll inspect, pack, and prepare quality parts in a fast‑paced production environment with opportunities to advance. Key Responsibilities Visually inspect parts for defects Perform quality checks using go/no‑go gauges Pack and prepare quality parts for shipment Prioritize tasks based on incoming and projected orders Receive products and enter data into the computer system "Down Pack" items according to work orders Hand‑assemble parts for customers Assist Press Associates by moving metal at the end of the press line Essential Skills Computer proficiency Critical thinking Strong visual inspection ability Forklift & receiving experience Ability to lift 40 lbs Preferred Experience High school diploma or GED Basic arithmetic (MDAS, decimals) Reading comprehension at an 8th‑grade level Good hand dexterity Ability to work independently or in a small team Experience with assembly, blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, or machine operation Why You'll Love Working Here Small, supportive company culture Weekly pay Generous PTO that grows with tenure Clear opportunities for advancement Community‑focused environment that invests in employee development Work Environment Temperature varies: hot in summer, cold in winter Loud environment — safety is a priority Team size ranges from 3-8 people Some tasks require independent work

hearing protection, gloves, protective sleeves Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hallam, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.43/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
