Precision Medical is seeking an Assembler to assemble components using a variety of hand tools and pneumatic drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the Production Manager and works closely with the Line Lead Assembler. Operates automatic and semi-automatic machinery and fixtures. Performs production line operations requiring data entry using keyboards and barcode scanners. Reads and accurately follows written work instructions. Reads, comprehends and works with bills of materials and assembly drawings. Maintains the safety and cleanliness of the general working area and machinery Interacts courteously and professionally with managers, co-workers, customers, vendors and visitors. Notifies production line lead of any issues or concerns with parts, fixtures, tools, documentation, and/or bills-of-material. Reliably attends work at scheduled work time on a consistent basis. Assist with other duties as assigned
Essential Skills & Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to identify assembly issues or defects. Able to perform repetitive tasks.
Manual Dexterity:
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are crucial for handling small parts and intricate assembly tasks. Able to lift, move and position components and materials up to 40 lbs, under instruction from Leads and/or Manager. Precision Medical, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
