Job Description

Overview Position Summary:

The ability to assemble various product and troubleshoot product assembled as needed. Responsibilities

KEY TASKS

Communicate and work well with all levels of the organization. Correctly assemble product. Be a team player and effectively motivate associates to do their best. Require minimal guidance from supervision and be self-motivated. Ensure 6S housekeeping standards are maintained. Troubleshoot non-conforming product. Understand operations and set-up of all assembly equipment. Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma and 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience. Capable of performing most assembly jobs proficiently. Maintain an exceptional attendance/performance record. Able to correctly use micrometers, calipers, and other measurement devices as required. Work safely as a condition of hire and employment.
