•20/hr Temp-to-Hire Full-Time Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a growing manufacturing operation in Piney Flats, TN . This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable manufacturing company and transition into a permanent position! You'll be working as part of a production team assembling walk-in freezers and coolers , using hand and power tools and following work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints. Shift Options 1st

6:00am

•4:45pm

Pay:

$16

•18/hr 2nd

Shift:

5:00pm

•3:30am

Pay:

$16-18/hr + $2/hr shift differential Some overtime may be required based on production needs during peak season on Saturdays/Sundays (if employees work on Sundays, you are paid double time) What You'll Do Assemble walk-in freezers, coolers, sub-assemblies, and components Install accessory components and materials Perform basic electrical connections according to diagrams Use hand tools and electrical/pneumatic power tools Read and follow job orders, diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions Measure and position components accurately Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Load, unload, lift, and move materials and finished products Complete production paperwork, checklists, labels, barcodes, and other documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures What We're Looking For Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure

REQUIRED

Basic math and reading comprehension skills Ability to read and follow diagrams or blueprints Manufacturing, construction, assembly, or mechanical experience is a plus Experience using hand or power tools is preferred High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English Physical Requirements Stand and walk on concrete for most or all of the workday Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently Ability to lift heavier materials with assistance Use hands for reaching, handling, and tool operation Perform visual inspections of products Demonstrate good manual dexterity If you can read a tape measure, work with your hands, and are ready to start a full-time manufacturing position, we want to hear from you!
