Job Description

Job Overview Staff Sense is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Small Part Assembler Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling small, intricate components with precision and efficiency, ensuring all parts meet quality standards. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, interpreting technical drawings, and using measuring instruments will be essential to maintaining smooth production flow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment where your skills directly impact product excellence. Duties Assemble small parts and components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment. Interpret blueprints, schematics, production documents, and technical drawings to accurately assemble parts according to specifications. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, shop math skills, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to guide assembly processes. Conduct quality checks during assembly using measuring instruments and ensure compliance with safety standards by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE). Handle manual tasks involving small parts with care, ensuring proper handling techniques for delicate components. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to mechanical assembly and the use of power tools.

  • Assemble mechanical parts using hand/ power tools
  • Must be able to work weekends as needed (Saturdays & Sundays)
MANDATORY
  • Operate hand power tools safely and efficiently
  • Perform warehouse duties as needed
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred but not required
  • YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND!
    ! (no misdemeanors no felonies)
  • Must have an UPDATED resume
  • Warehouse is climate controlled!
