Pay:
$18.50/hr

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble filters based on specific instructions and specifications, ensuring the correct components are used and the assembly process is completed accurately. Inspect and test filters during assembly to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Operate and maintain assembly machinery and tools (e.g., presses, cutters, machines for filter media) as needed for the assembly process. Ensure all parts are clean, free of defects, and meet the quality criteria before they are used in assembly. Perform quality control checks throughout the assembly process to identify and correct any defects or issues with the filters. Package completed filters in accordance with company standards and prepare them for shipping or distribution. Keep an organized workstation and ensure that all necessary materials and tools are readily available for the assembly process. Maintain accurate records of production counts, assembly details, and any issues encountered during the assembly process. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or other issues to the supervisor or maintenance team. Assist with inventory management by keeping track of filter components and raw materials. Perform other duties as required to support the production process.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read a tape measure. 2 years' experience in an assembly, manufacturing required. Basic understanding of assembly processes and quality control standards. Ability to read and understand technical instructions, blueprints, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on precision while assembling filters. Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with others. Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.
