Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Technical training in fabrication, manufacturing, or related field is a plus Experience Requirements Previous fabrication and assembly experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Experience operating fabrication equipment including saws, presses, and benders Welding experience is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards Job Duties Perform advanced fabrication and assembly of mechanical and electrical components Read and interpret detailed drawings, schematics, and fabrication plans Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, benders, and welding tools as needed Fit, align, and assemble complex products to specification Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and compliance Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Assist with additional fabrication and assembly projects as assigned
