This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality components in a dynamic metal fabrication environment. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for assisting with assembly, operating power and hand tools, and ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly during evening hours. This position is perfect for individuals with factory experience who thrive in hands-on roles and are eager to develop their mechanical skills within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Duties Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Safely use tools to deburr metals Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team during evening shifts. Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness at all times. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 20 lbs, and perform manual tasks efficiently.
