The Shop Assembler I plays a critical role in the agriculture industry by assembling, fitting, and installing various components and equipment essential for agricultural operations. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings and instructions.
Physical ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience, preferably in the agriculture or machinery sector.
