Production Technician Job Description We are seeking skilled production workers to assist in the manufacturing of residential cabinets in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment. We are particularly looking for an experienced paint sprayer who has worked with wood stains, ensuring consistency in tone and color. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential. Responsibilities Apply paint, glaze, and spray finishes to wood products. Ensure consistent quality and appearance in all finishes. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills Experience with wood staining and spraying finishes. Ability to read a tape measure and use hand/power tools. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking is preferred. Ability to identify types of wood. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Work Environment The work environment is a woodworking production plant with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role involves working from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime on Saturdays, especially during busy seasons. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, UT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
