Assembler - 2nd & 3rd Shift Starting at $26.00 Lake Mills, WI | Full-Time | Climate-Controlled Facility | Great Benefits Chapter 2, Inc. is hiring assemblers to join our growing production team on either 2nd or 3rd shift. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in precision work, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Fasten or install components to form assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning conformance to customer specifications Position or align components for assembly manually Read and interpret assembly blueprints or specifications manuals and plan assembly or building operations Maintain and lubricate components and tooling Assemble systems of gears by aligning and meshing gears in gearboxes Follow safety, quality, and preventive maintenance procedures What We're Looking For Manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable with excellent attendance Ability to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting Works well independently and as part of a team Pay & Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Life & Accident Insurance 401(k) with matching Paid holidays, vacation & paid lunch Employee Assistance Program Referral program Great work culture in a climate-controlled facility Why Chapter 2?
