AGRA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble fabricated components and equipment into completed products using blueprints, assembly drawings, bills of material, work instructions, and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products. This position works closely with Fabrication, Paint, Quality, Engineering, Shipping, and other departments to ensure products meet company quality standards and are ready for shipment. Gather and verify parts and materials needed for each job. Install and secure mechanical components, hardware, and assemblies. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively. Measure, align, and adjust components to ensure proper fit and function. Follow assembly procedures, specifications, and quality standards. Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, workmanship, and functionality. Report missing, damaged, or incorrect parts and assist in resolving assembly issues. Perform basic testing and quality checks when required. Protect finished surfaces from damage during assembly. Move materials and components using forklifts, cranes, hoists, or other equipment when trained and authorized. Accurately record labor and production information. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Mechanical assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, maintenance, or related experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of how components fit and function together. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, bills of material, and work instructions. Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools, power tools, drills, grinders, torque wrenches, and measuring equipment. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Ability to identify quality concerns and recognize improper fit or alignment issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
