What You'll Do Place individual coils into the assembly machine Inspect coils for knot quality Operate the machine to lace coils together Remove completed innerspring units from the machine Monitor equipment to maintain quality and production counts Keep the coiler operating efficiently and respond when a coil drops Replenish lubricant and straighten tangled lacing wire when needed Follow proper machine shutdown procedures to help prevent jams and equipment issues Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of your shift What You Will Bring No previous experience required High school diploma or GED is helpful, but not required Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to use vision and touch to assemble parts accurately Ability to perform repetitive tasks using your arms, hands, and fingers Ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and twist frequently throughout the shift Dependable attendance and a commitment to being at work each scheduled day Ability to work safely and effectively in an active manufacturing environment Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and support additional assignments as needed Why Join Us?
