JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or any related field 3 to 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in bakery production or any related field (Bakery experience preferred) Willing to be assigned in San Antonio, San Pedro Laguna

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCTION OVERSIGHT

Plan, schedule, and monitor bread production to meet demand. Ensure that machinery and equipment operate smoothly

QUALITY CONTROL

Ensure bread meets taste, texture, and appearance standards Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Supervise and train production staff Assign daily tasks and manage shift rotations

REPORTING & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Implement process improvements for efficiency
