Program Manager - Optical Fiber Manufacturing Avon, CT Lead cross-functional product programs for a company shaping the future of optical connectivity, backed by more than a century of innovation. Must-Haves B.S. degree in a technical field 5-15 years of program management experience across the full product life cycle within a phase-gate development process Demonstrated experience managing multi-location scale-ups and complex technology transfers PMP Certification preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Project strongly preferred Prior experience with optical fiber or cabling technology Experience working under
ISO 9001, ISO
