This position will report directly to the Assumption Plant Director with a dotted line to the HR Leader of North America Grain. The Manager, Human Resources is ultimately responsible for leading all aspects of the Human Capital Experience in a way that strengthens performance, accountability, and our purpose of Feeding the World Better.
