Salary:

$168,480 - $210,600 plus annual target bonus + This role can be based out of any of the RCCB Production Centers (CA, IL, MI, MN, WI) If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!

Position Responsibilities:

+ Lead a team of technical resources providing onsite and remote support for manufacturing facilities experiencing equipment downtime and automation-related issues + Partner with plant leadership, Operations Excellence, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability, optimize line performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives + Evaluate equipment and production line performance to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve operational efficiency + Facilitate root cause analysis activities utilizing methodologies such as Breakdown Analysis ( BDA ), 5-Why, and Fishbone + Support and troubleshoot plant automation systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), + Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), industrial networks, and associated controls infrastructure + Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

? + Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree ( GED ) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience
