This is not a desk-management position. We want someone who can lead our manufacturing specialists while also jumping into production, troubleshooting equipment, developing formulations, and creating new products. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside our manufacturing and vape formulation specialists Oversee vape formulation, filling, production, packaging, and quality Manage daily production schedules, yields, efficiency, and inventory Help build and oversee our pre-roll production operation Troubleshoot formulations, equipment, and production issues Train and develop manufacturing staff Improve production processes and automation Develop and test new cannabis products and formulations Bring creative ideas for new vapes, pre-rolls, infused products, and other product lines Maintain CCC, METRC, SOP, sanitation, and safety compliance Who We Want We're looking for someone with real cannabis manufacturing experience who understands how products are actually made—not just how to manage employees. Experience with vape formulation, cannabis manufacturing equipment, product development, or pre-roll production is strongly preferred. Most importantly, we want someone who is hands-on, creative, organized, and excited about developing new products and growing a manufacturing department. Full-Time | On-Site |
