Build Teams. Drive Continuous Improvement. We're looking for a Plant Manager to provide strategic leadership across our manufacturing operation while building a culture centered on safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. As Plant Manager , you'll oversee all manufacturing operations while partnering closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Shipping & Receiving, Customer Service, Product Development, Finance, and Executive Leadership. You'll be responsible for: Leading production, manufacturing, engineering, quality, planning, and shipping teams Building and developing high-performing leaders through coaching and mentorship Driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives Managing production schedules to ensure on-time customer delivery Improving manufacturing processes, workflow, and operational efficiency Ensuring compliance with OSHA, ISO, and quality standards What We're Looking For 10+ years of manufacturing experience Proven leadership experience managing multiple departments Strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence Strong understanding of KPIs and manufacturing metrics ERP system experience Bachelor's Degree Aerospace and/or Medical Manufacturing experience You should be proficient in: 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems ISO 9000
