$75,000-$85,000 + Full Benefits Relocation Assistance Available About the Opportunity A well-established and growing pork processing company with multiple facilities throughout the Upper Midwest is seeking an experienced Case Ready Manager to lead and develop its case-ready operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced case-ready professional who is ready to take ownership of a department, build a strong team, and play a key role in the continued success and growth of the operation. What You'll Do Lead and oversee day-to-day operations within the case-ready department Build, develop, and lead a strong production team Drive production efficiency, quality, safety, and overall department performance Monitor production goals, staffing, yields, and operating performance Ensure products are produced according to quality and food-safety standards Work closely with other departments and plant leadership to maintain smooth production flow Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall department performance Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to established expectations Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment What We're Looking For Previous case-ready experience is required Experience in pork, beef, poultry, or another protein-processing environment Previous supervisory or management experience in a food manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production, packaging, quality, and food-safety processes Proven ability to lead and develop production employees Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What You'll Receive $75,000-$85,000 base salary Full benefits package Relocation assistance available Opportunity to take ownership of a growing department Opportunity to build and develop your own team Stable company with multiple facilities throughout the Upper Midwest Strong opportunity for career growth and advancement If you have case-ready experience and are ready to take the next step into a leadership role with significant responsibility, reach out to Alex Finstad at alex.finstad@gogpac.com
