Collaborate with supply chain teams to analyze logistics data, optimize inventory levels, and improve supply chain management efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in jewelry production management Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage plant operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mechanical knowledge related to jewelry manufacturing and understanding of quality control standards is vital. Ability to analyze complex data sets for supply chain management and operational decision-making.
