Plant Manager - Steel experience A leading custom fabrication contractor is expanding in the Midwest and seeking an experienced plant manager to build and lead a premier rebar fabrication operation. Data-driven problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset Plant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the fabrication operation, including safety, quality, productivity, and scheduling of multiple jobs simueltaneously Support, coach, and develop production employees while building future supervisors and leaders Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization Ensure inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and on-time shipping coordination Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver project-based solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations Monitor, measure, and report success through KPIs and clearly defined operational goals
