Under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing, the Plant Manager performs all responsibilities necessary to accomplish assigned plant performance objectives related to the overall quality of production, production efficiency, safety and morale of all assigned employees. The overall objective being the production of products of the highest possible quality at the lowest possible cost, in a clean and safe environment and within budgetary guidelines. This is a Monday - Friday, salaried position.

Required Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Mechanics, or Plastics Engineering strongly preferred) 6 years of experience in the management of supervisory and production personnel in a manufacturing environment and demonstrated leadership capability. Previous experience working within HRIS and ERP systems The necessary credentials and identification to allow them to demonstrate their ability to legally work in a manufacturing environment in the
United States Required Skills:
The ability to read, write, and speak in the English language at a fluent level Proficient with a variety of technology (Microsoft Suite, ERP systems, HRIS Systems, and Learning Management systems Effectively conveys information and ideas across a variety of communication methods including face-to-face, conversations, email, written documentation, and body language Some Responsibilities include: Direct Manufacturing operations in assigned plant Achieve production efficiency goals Ensure production of high quality products Ensure safe working environment and practices Ensure efficient labor utilization Coordinate and expedite special projects, changes to policies, procedures, and cGMP's Meet operating budget goals and objectives Schedule, assign, direct and motivate shift personnel in the accomplishment of organizational objectives. Develop an in depth understanding of, and fully enforce, all company policies, procedures, work rules and cGMP's and maintain a positive and productive demeanor and attitude in order to set a positive example for their subordinates and others.
