This is a unique opportunity to establish and strengthen EHS programs within a new, highly technical research and manufacturing environment. Qualifications What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's preferred. 2+ years of EHS management experience in a manufacturing or processing environment. Experience with behavior-based safety, incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and environmental compliance. Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state EHS requirements. Experience with Gensuite, Intelex, Enablon, or similar EHS platforms. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent certification preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
