We are partnering with a premier, financially strong, and well-established food manufacturer in Eastern Pennsylvania seeking a Plant Manager to lead their high-volume meat slicing and packaging facility. This role offers high visibility with executive leadership, significant operational autonomy, and a clear path to drive continuous improvement and team culture in an essential industry.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Production:
Drive overall operational excellence, throughput, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization across high-speed slicing and packaging lines.
Yield & Metrics Optimization:
Monitor and optimize key operational KPIs including yields, giveaway reduction, OEE, downtime, and first-pass quality.
Food Safety & Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to
USDA/FSIS
regulations, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and audit readiness while preserving cold-chain integrity.
Team Leadership:
Coach, mentor, and build high-performing supervisory and production teams across multiple shifts; foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 5+ years food manufacturing experience 2+ years' leadership of production teams in manufacturing environments Strong experience in deli slicing, ready-to-eat (RTE), value-added protein, or packaged meat operations Expert knowledge of
USDA/FSIS
regulatory standards, HACCP, and GMPs History of developing teams and hitting operational
KPIs Pay:
$135,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
