Plant Manager Location:

Wilkes-Barre Overview The Judge Group is searching for a Plant Manager to lead a unionized manufacturing operation with approximately 100-150 employees. Key Responsibilities Lead overall plant operations and site performance Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives Develop supervisors and frontline leadership teams Manage labor relations in a unionized environment Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Oversee production planning, maintenance, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations Develop and execute site improvement roadmaps focused on productivity, efficiency, and asset utilization Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Experience leading large teams in a heavy-industrial environment Strong background in safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies Union leadership experience preferred #JDP
