Target Salary :

$95,000-130,000

Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options :

Job Summary :

Responsible for the overall performance of a manufacturing facility, including safety, production, quality, delivery, and financial results. This role leads day-to-day plant operations while partnering with engineering, quality, supply chain, and other teams to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer performance.

Job Duties :

Lead daily plant operations to meet safety, production, quality, and delivery goals Promote a strong safety culture and ensure proper employee training, equipment, and operating practices Monitor production efficiency, labor utilization, scheduling, and workflow to maximize plant performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams Manage production and capacity planning to support customer demand and long-term growth Oversee plant budgets, forecasting, cost controls, capital projects, and overall financial performance Monitor KPIs, address quality concerns, and ensure corrective actions are implemented Work with supply chain and other departments to resolve production constraints and maintain on-time customer deliveries

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required 5+ years of progressive experience within manufacturing operations, including exposure to production, scheduling, and/or quality Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Experience with recycling operations involving ferrous and nonferrous materials preferred; auto shredding experience is a plus Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement Strong knowledge of production planning, labor utilization, quality practices, and plant operations Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
