Seguin, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $170,000 - 200,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:
Total Site Leadership:
Direct end-to-end site operations-including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Safety-to achieve peak performance and P&L targets.
Operational Excellence:
Evaluate and innovate plant processes, workflows, and resource allocation to continuously boost productivity, product quality, and profitability.
Budget & Resource Management:
Develop, recommend, and manage operating and capital budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel, machinery, and materials.
People & Culture Development:
Supervise, mentor, and build a world-class team by leading performance evaluations, career pathing, compensation planning, and active goal setting.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance:
Enforce rigorous safety, environmental, OSHA, and company standards to maintain an exemplary, zero-compromise work environment.
Strategic Communication:
Serve as the site's chief goal champion, uniting cross-functional teams around key performance indicators (KPIs) and core organizational values.
