ControlByWeb is looking for a hands-on PCB Manufacturing lead or manager to drive our SMT processes and oversee machine setup and operation. You'll directly program and optimize our Yamaha pick-and-place, reflow oven, AOI, and selective solder processes. As you grow in the role, you'll also help manage production schedules and assist with inventory control, ensuring part availability aligns with production needs. Key Responsibilities Program and optimize Yamaha pick-and-place machines for new assemblies. Develop and fine-tune reflow oven profiles for quality soldering. Set up AOI inspection and selective solder processes. Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) setups. Mentor technicians and operators on machine setup best practices. Collaborate with the Production Manager on inventory control to ensure part availability for production and NPI. Over time, assist in managing production schedules and ensuring throughput targets are met. Ideal Candidate Profile 5-10 years of SMT process engineering or manufacturing engineering experience. Strong hands-on skills with pick-and-place programming (Yamaha preferred). Experience in reflow, AOI, and selective solder setup. Familiarity with inventory processes and materials planning. Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (NetSuite preferred) Leadership or mentoring experience, with a willingness to grow into broader leadership.
