We're looking for a motivated Plant Operations Supervisor to join our Montgomery team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping daily operations running smoothly . You'll work closely with team members, support day-to-day plant activities, and learn from experienced managers. What You'll Be Doing Support the team with daily plant operations and workflow. Communicate with team members and help keep everyone aligned. Monitor day-to-day activities and help maintain operational standards. Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and workload priorities. Help identify and resolve routine operational issues. Support health, safety, quality, and workplace procedures. Work with different teams to keep operations running efficiently. Help new team members understand processes and expectations. Communicate operational updates to management. Take on greater responsibility as your skills and experience develop. What Makes You a Great Fit Comfortable working with different people and teams. Confident communicator with a practical approach to problems. Organised and able to prioritise tasks. Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership. Comfortable working in a busy operational environment. Interested in developing leadership and management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous supervisory experience is helpful but not essential. Experience in operations, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused environments is beneficial but not essential.
