This person will be onsite 5 days a week in their Santa Clarita facility, working 2nd shift (3:30PM-11PM) until the end of December 2027 Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with hydro-mechanical assembly and test
• Must be comfortable working independently on an off shift. Strong communication is particularly important because there is limited support staff/leaders on 2nd shift.
• Must be able to provide clear, detailed pass downs
• what happened, where the situation was left, and what needs to happen next.
• Prior formal leadership/supervisory experience is important.
• Comfortable working 2nd Shift
• Aerospace Union experience is required
• Knowledge of Lean practices such as 5S and waste reduction.
• This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision:

  Provide direct support to front line team of 20 members in meeting their daily production targets to ensure customer expectations are met.

• Resource Management:

  Allocates and coordinates resources effectively to meet operational objectives.

• Performance Management:

  Conducts performance evaluations, provides feedback, manages member development, recognition and ensures accountability and policy adherence.

•

Process Improvement:

Collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to improve the production system and meet customer demand.

Pay:

$45.00

• $60.

00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
