We have an immediate opening for a Graphics Production Lead in our ever growing office. The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing the production and installation of graphics on a variety of surfaces while supporting administrative functions within the graphics department. This role manages the coordination and execution of graphic projects for vehicles, both on-site and at out-of-state locations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with graphic installation, strong organizational and project coordination skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Participates in on-site production and installation as necessary to perform daily and weekly work activities. Ensures that production/installation is being accomplished as per the production schedule. Works with Graphic Designer to create production files. Assists in training new hires. Participates in systems, policies, and procedures as directed to maintain production efficiency. Maintains inventory records and assists with material orders. Maintains a safe and clean work environment with the use of all equipment and resources. Maintains compliance with established policies and procedures; always follows safety guidelines. Remains clocked in on their current jobs when installing. Attends all team meetings. Validates Repair Orders in the system and/or creates Repair Orders for stock units. Prepares buses for shipping by completing inspections to the satisfaction of the Manager. Details buses.
You will need to have:
High School diploma or other higher education, preferably with previous experience in the graphics field.
