Job Overview We are seeking experienced Welders with Foreman capabilities to join our dynamic construction and fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality welding tasks across various projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Your leadership skills will be essential in overseeing welding crews, coordinating tasks, and maintaining workflow efficiency on-site. > welding to fabricate and assemble metal components according to detailed blueprints and schematics Lead and supervise welding teams on construction sites or fabrication facilities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for fabrication, assembly, and installation projects Operate hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment with precision Manage rigging operations, pipe threading, ductwork installation, and mechanical assembly tasks as required Conduct measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure parts meet specifications Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and ASME codes & standards while coordinating with project managers and site supervisors Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong background in welding and fabrication processes Demonstrated leadership experience as a Foreman or supervisor overseeing welding crews or fabrication teams Skilled in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, plasma cutting, soldering, and <
LOCATION
